Your first proof is ready within 1-2 working days after you order. After you approve it, production takes 3-5 working days for digital print, white ink and metallic print, and 20-23 working days for letterpress or foil stamp, then transit is added.
How your timeline adds up
Once your first proof is ready, you can request changes on the proof, and ordinary edit rounds are unlimited for standard printed orders. An updated proof usually comes back within one working day.
Printing starts only after you approve the proof, and, if you chose printed guest addresses on envelopes, after every address is uploaded and confirmed. Production time is counted in working days from proof approval and depends on the print type. When an order mixes print types, everything is dispatched together, so the longest production time applies, unless our customer service team arranges otherwise.
If a delay comes up, our customer support team tells you as soon as possible. If your date is not confirmed yet, we can hold the order with no penalty until you confirm the final details, then print. You receive a tracking number by email when the order is dispatched.

Expedited printing
Expedited printing is available on selected products for an A$50 fee per order, selected at checkout. Rush windows are counted from proof approval.
- Digital print and white ink: 1-2 working days
- Flat foil: 3-5 working days
- Foamboard signs in A2, A1 and the round 600 mm and 800 mm sizes: 1-2 working days
Expedited printing is not available for letterpress, foil stamp, vellum paper, acrylic signs, or any A0 item. Expedited orders can only use white or recycled envelopes. The rush fee shortens production only; delivery transit times stay the same.
Delivery within Australia
Orders are printed in Melbourne. Delivery within Australia is free with StarTrack Premium. Delivery is usually the next business day to metro areas after dispatch. Allow extra time for regional and rural addresses.
International delivery
International orders are sent by DHL Express. Delivery takes 2-4 business days after dispatch to countries including the USA, Canada, New Zealand, the UK and Europe. International shipping is free on orders of US$350 or more.
Sample pack delivery
Sample packs are sent the same or next day after your order is received. Within Australia, regular post takes 5-7 business days depending on your location, and express post takes 1-2 business days after the pack is shipped. Outside Australia, the estimated sample delivery time is shown when you select your country on the Get Samples page.

Every order is personalised, so we do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds once the proof is approved. Before you approve the proof, if your plans change, we can move the order value to store credit.
The guarantee covers print quality. If printed items are not right, or arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of dispatch. We will reprint the same item, or another paper or print type of similar value, and where a reprint cannot fix it, we will offer account credit or a refund. A text error you approved on the proof is not a print fault; we help you fix it and share the reprint cost with you.
