If you are ordering from the US, your first proof is ready within 1-2 working days. After you approve it, your order is printed in Melbourne, then DHL Express delivers it to the US in 2-4 business days after dispatch, and international shipping is free on orders of US$350 or more.
How your timeline adds up
Once you place your order, the first design proof appears in your Paperlust account within 1-2 working days. You can ask for changes as many times as you need on standard printed orders, and a revised proof normally comes back within one working day.
Production only begins after you approve the proof. If you chose printed guest addresses on envelopes, it also begins after every address is uploaded and confirmed. We count production in working days from proof approval, and the number depends on the print type. When one order combines several print types, we dispatch everything together, so the longest production time applies unless our customer service team arranges differently.
If something causes a delay, our customer support team tells you as soon as possible. If your date is not set yet, we can hold the order with no penalty until you confirm the final details, then print. When the order is dispatched, you receive a tracking number by email.

Expedited printing
Rush printing is available on qualifying products for one flat fee per order, shown at checkout. The count begins after proof approval.
- Digital print and white ink: 1-2 working days
- Flat foil: 3-5 working days
- Foamboard signs in A2, A1 and the round 600 mm and 800 mm sizes: 1-2 working days
Rush printing does not apply to letterpress, foil stamp, vellum paper, acrylic signs, or any A0 item. Rush orders can only use white or recycled envelopes. The rush fee only shortens production; delivery transit times remain the same.
Delivery within Australia
For orders shipped inside Australia, we use StarTrack Premium with free delivery. Metro addresses usually receive orders the next business day after dispatch, while regional and rural addresses need extra time.
International delivery
We ship international orders with DHL Express. Delivery takes 2-4 business days after dispatch to the US, Canada, New Zealand, the UK and Europe. International shipping is free on orders of US$350 or more.

Sample packs are sent the same or next day after your order is received. For US customers, the estimated delivery time is shown when you select your country on the Get Samples page.
Returns, refunds and the 100% Print Happiness Guarantee
Because every order is personalized, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns or refunds once you approve the proof. If your plans change before proof approval, we can move the order value to store credit.
The 100% Print Happiness Guarantee applies to print quality. If your printed items are wrong, damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of dispatch. We will reprint the same item or another paper or print type of similar value, and if a reprint is not enough, we will offer account credit or a refund. If you approved a text error on the proof, that is not a print fault; we help you fix it and share the reprint cost with you.
