Photo thank you cards and where your photo goes
A photo design includes a set photo area, and you upload your own image on the customise page of that design. Photo layouts come as flat cards and arch shape cards, and photos also sit under metallic gold print and flat foil.
The back of the card can be printed too. Wild Meadow printed on both sides at 178 x 127 mm, 100 cards, costs A$300.

Wording, guest names and custom changes
Each layout is personalised in the online editor. You change the wording, font type and font size, and add or replace photos before you order.
Add Guest Names prints a different name on each card for A$0.40 per card on Wild Meadow, Verde and Minimalist Black and White. Guest names are not offered on foil stamp designs or on Forever Promise.
The custom design service offers three routes: change an existing Paperlust design, work from scratch from your brief and receive a quote first, or print a design you already have.

Prices and print methods
Wedding thank you cards start at A$280 for 100 single-sided cards. The table below compares 100 cards of each example, all single-sided and on the default paper of that design.

- Digital printing gives full colour in a quick, low cost run.
- Metallic gives a subtle shine, less bright than foil.
- White ink prints white on dark or coloured card.
- Flat foil lays foil flat with no impression in the card.
- Foil stamp uses a custom die to press foil into the card and leaves an impression. 20 to 23 working days.
- Letterpress presses the design into the paper and leaves an indent. 20 to 23 working days.
Paper choices differ by design and are listed on each product page. Wild Meadow offers Paperlust Matte 300 gsm, Paperlust Heavy 350 gsm, Paperlust Dianalux 300 gsm and Paperlust Matte Double T 600 gsm. Foil stamp and letterpress designs use Paperlust Wild Cotton 300 gsm or Wild Cotton Double T 600 gsm.
How many cards to order
Order one card per household or per gift, then add spares for late gifts and anyone else you want to thank. Quantities run in tens from 10 to 300 cards.
Minimums are 10 cards for digital printing, metallic, white ink and flat foil. Forever Promise starts at 30, and letterpress and foil stamp start at 50.
Wild Meadow flat digital cards at 178 x 127 mm cost A$77.70 for 10 and A$207 for 50. In bulk, the same card costs A$408 for 200, which is A$2.04 a card, and that price holds to 300.
Adding 10 spares to a 100-card order of the Wild Meadow flat digital card costs A$286 for 110 cards, A$6 more. A separate later order of 10 costs A$77.70.
Matching invitations and envelopes
Wild Meadow, Minimalist Black and White and Forever Promise each appear in the wedding invitations range as well, keeping the same design name. On the customise page of each design, the matching pieces sit under "items in this set", or you can browse the wedding invitations range.
A Premium White envelope comes free with each card, and coloured envelopes cost a little extra. Envelope address printing is A$0.20 per envelope in black and white or A$0.35 in colour, chosen on the customise envelope page.
After checkout, add names and addresses in the Paperlust Address Manager by importing the Excel sheet, adding them one at a time, or inviting guests to send details by Facebook or email.
Proof, printing and delivery
Once you order, a designer reviews your file and prepares a free digital proof, which arrives within 1 to 2 business days. You can request unlimited rounds of edits, and production does not begin until you approve the final proof. Production times are listed in the table above.
Your order is printed in Melbourne. Australia-wide delivery is free with StarTrack Premium. Metro addresses usually receive the order the next business day after dispatch, while regional and rural addresses take longer.

Frequently Asked Questions
Send them within 3 months of the wedding. Gifts that arrive before the wedding can be thanked straight away, and cards sent later than 3 months are still worth sending.
No file is available to download or print at home. Each design is a finished layout you edit online, changing the wording, font and photo. Paperlust then prints the cards on your chosen paper and delivers them.
Your photo prints exactly as you provide it, with no edits or changes from Paperlust. Screens vary, so the printed colour can differ a little from what you see. If an upload fails, email the high-resolution file to support@paperlust.co and the team adds it to your order.
Expedited production costs A$50. Digital printing takes 1 to 2 working days after proof approval, and flat foil takes 3 to 5 working days. It is not offered on letterpress, foil stamp or the Minimalist Black and White metallic design. Delivery time comes on top of production.
A custom sample of one chosen design costs A$15, but it is not offered on Minimalist Black and White or on letterpress and foil stamp designs. A swatch kit costs A$20. Samples sent by regular post arrive in 5 to 7 business days.
At checkout, choose the option labelled "Request additional cards in this set". State which card types you need and how many of each. The quote is based on a 178 x 127 mm invitation in the same print method and the same quantity.
Yes. Email support@paperlust.co while you are in the proofing stage and ask to change the quantity, paper or envelopes. If the paper or envelopes change, the team confirms by email whether that costs extra.
The 100% Print Happiness Guarantee covers print faults, damaged or defective cards. A reprint comes first, then account credit or a refund. Claim within 30 days of dispatch. For an approved text error, Paperlust helps fix it and shares the reprint cost, so check every name and date.
