The Challenge

For this design challenge we are looking for innovative designers who can create elegant and sophisticated invitation sets that will impress our clients looking for all kinds of styles to suit their wedding. The competition focuses on creating designs that are unique and luxurious, with a focus on layering different colors, paper stocks, and die-cut options to create a truly one-of-a-kind invitation set. The requirements are to choose only the sets we’ve provided in the designer kit for this challenge, with a maximum of two different submissions per designer. Not sure where to start? We've put together a mood-board for you to get a bit of an idea as to what we’re looking for, along with all our paper stocks, foil swatches and die-cut templates. Have fun and good luck!

Challenge guidelines:
-Work off templates found in the designer kit
-Save files as high quality PNGs for submission

How to enter:
-Download the designer kit and follow it’s instructions
-Submit your designs through the design challenge page
-You will be notified when voting opens
-Support other creatives by voting on their designs
Judging Criteria:
The winners and runners up are a mixture of public voting and the Paperlust judging team. The top three public voted designs will be assessed by the Paperlust creative and design team on the criteria of design quality, response to brief, technical considerations and saleability.
The Winners receive:
-1st place will receive a 12% commission on every sale for an entire year and professional photography of their designs
-2nd & 3rd places will receive a 10% commission on every sale for an entire year
-Runner up designs (if selected) will be listed on Paperlust for sale as featured designs (receiving 6% commission on every sale)
