Printed cards for a seated reception
Wedding table numbers are printed cards that mark each table at a seated reception. Couples planning a seated reception and hosts of other seated events order them so guests and staff can find the right table. The Linear design uses digital printing on Paperlust Matte, single sided and 127 x 178 mm in portrait. An order of 10 table number cards on Linear is A$77.70, and within that order total each card is printed with its own number.
Editing numbers and names
The design editor takes one entry per card, a number or a table name. Other wording is set once. On Linear, Grove, Verde and Golden Hour the personalised list prints at no extra charge. Custom table names can replace numbers. Each example design's product page offers both a table number layout and a table name layout, and every number and name appears on the proof for checking.
Card size, shape and paper
These table numbers come in one size, 127 x 178 mm, which is 5 x 7 inches. Portrait designs measure 178 mm high, and landscape designs measure 127 mm high. Golden Hour is landscape, while Linear, Grove and Verde are portrait. Arch, half arch, double arch and wave die-cuts sit alongside the standard rectangle as the available shapes.
Grove opens double sided, while Linear, Verde and Golden Hour open single sided. Double sided prints on both faces, and the back content differs by design. Papers vary: Linear, Grove and Golden Hour use Paperlust Matte 300 gsm, Linear can also use Paperlust Matte Double T 600 gsm, and Verde uses Paperlust Black 270 gsm or Paperlust Forest Green 300 gsm.

The range starts from A$47.10 for 5 cards with digital printing, single sided, standard rectangle and Paperlust Matte. Linear is one of the designs at that price.
- Digital printing is how Linear and Grove put full colour onto white card.
- White ink is how Verde puts white type on coloured card.
- Flat foil is foil laid flat on Paperlust Matte card, used by Golden Hour. Some flat foil designs are on black or navy card.
Proof production and delivery
After you finish editing, place the order online. A designer looks over the file and sends a free digital proof, which arrives 1 to 2 business days after ordering. Unlimited rounds of edits are available. Production starts only after final proof approval. Wedding table numbers are printed in Melbourne. Delivery within Australia is free with StarTrack Premium. After dispatch, metro addresses normally receive the parcel the next business day; regional and rural addresses take longer.
Matching stationery and other events
Linear is one suite, so the same design name is also sold as wedding invitations and place cards. A seating chart at the entrance names each guest's table, and the numbered card marks that table. Linear is also made as a menu in the menus range.

Frequently Asked Questions
Order one card for each table with guests, including the bridal table or head table. Add a spare or two for late changes. On the four example designs, the quantity selector runs 5 to 30 one card at a time, then in tens to 100. Twelve tables means 12 cards, or 13 with a spare.
Double sided cards are printed on both faces. The back's wording differs by design and shows in the preview. A single sided design can take a custom back side in the editor, which prices the order as double sided. For Linear, 10 cards cost A$77.70 single sided and A$79.80 with a custom back side.

These are finished printed cards, not printable templates to run off at home. Each number or name is already printed before the parcel is posted. You edit the design and wording online before ordering.
You can add expedited production for A$50 at checkout. Expedited digital printing is produced in 1 to 2 working days after proof approval. Expedited flat foil is produced in 3 to 5 working days. Delivery time is separate from production.
A sample pack costs A$5 and shows papers and print methods. A custom sample of one design costs A$15. A swatch kit costs A$20. Samples go by regular post and arrive in 5 to 7 business days.
