The Challenge

Create magical kids birthday invitation designs to help little people celebrate their birthday in style, from their first and up. Choose from our list of themes, and create 2 x kids birthday invitation designs for your chance to win. Possible themes include mermaids, superheroes, under the sea, pirates, soccer and rainbow invitations, but there are heaps of options to choose from! See the designer kit for more information.

Challenge guidelines
- Work off templates found in the designer kit
- Design should include foil
- Save files as high quality JPEGs for submission

- 2x adult birthday invitations (in a selected theme from the designer kit)
How to enter;
- Download the designer kit and follow it’s instructions
- Submit your designs through the design challenge page
- You will be notified when voting opens
- Support other creatives by voting on their designs
Judging Criteria:
The winners and runners up are a mixture of public voting and the Paperlust judging team. The top five public voted designs will be assessed by the Paperlust creative and design team on the criteria of design quality, response to brief, technical considerations and saleability.
The Winners receive:
- 1st place will receive 15% commission on every sale for an entire year and professional photography of their designs
- 2nd & 3rd places will receive 12% commission on every sale for an entire year
- Runner up designs (if selected) will be listed on Paperlust for sale as featured designs (receiving 8% commission on every sale)
