Business Christmas cards are Christmas card designs made for a company sender, with wording personalised online and the finished order printed and delivered to the buyer. A company sends them to clients, staff, suppliers and business partners, and the range is drawn for a corporate sender. Off The Charts is a folded card whose artwork is a chart illustration, printed digitally in full colour on Paperlust Matte at 178 x 127 mm. Its product page opens on 20 cards for A$120.
The four designs and their print methods
The four corporate Christmas cards give a professional sender a choice of looks: a chart illustration, lettering in flat foil, clean text with metallic gold artwork, and a team photo layout.
Each row is the opening configuration of that design's product page, so the paper and quantity vary by row. The totals are not a straightforward comparison between designs.

- Digital printing is full colour and is used by Off The Charts and Sharing Joy.

Every design on this page is 178 x 127 mm, and each of the four examples can be ordered portrait or landscape.
Customising the wording and photo
The cards are personalised through the online editor. There you change the greeting, sign-off line and company name before you order, so the final wording is your own and the design becomes a customised card for your company. Sharing Joy adds a photo space in the centre of the card. The online editor lets you add your own photo into that space, and the layout suits a team photo. The design is offered in four colourways: blue, purple, red and yellow.
A different recipient name can be printed on each card for A$0.40 a card. The option is added online and is available on Off The Charts, Under the Christmas Lights and Sharing Joy. It is not available on Sans Script, because its Paperlust Heavy paper does not take name printing.
How many business Christmas cards to order
Count one card per person on your client, staff and supplier list. The quantity selector moves in steps of 10 and goes up to 300 cards. Digital printing, metallic and flat foil all begin at a 10-card minimum. Sans Script is the exception, starting at 30 cards.
Buying in bulk lowers the price per card. Off The Charts folded on Paperlust Matte is A$95.10 for 10 cards, which works out to A$9.51 a card. At 100 cards the order is A$351, or A$3.51 a card. At 300 cards the order is A$762, or A$2.54 a card.
Envelopes and printed addressing
Each of the four example designs includes one Premium White envelope per card at no charge. Other envelope colours are priced per envelope in the envelope step, and you choose the colour there before ordering. Envelope addressing can also be added in the same step. Choose black and white printing for each recipient's address at A$0.20 an envelope, or colour printing at A$0.35 an envelope.
Proof, printing and delivery
Place the order online after the card wording is finalised. A designer reviews your file and issues a free digital proof within 1 to 2 business days. Have the person who signs off company stationery read that proof closely. There is no cap on edit rounds, and production starts only once the final sign-off has been given.
After approval, production runs for the working days listed in the table above. Your cards are printed in Melbourne, then sent by StarTrack Premium at no charge to the delivery address you give. For metro addresses, the parcel can be expected on the next business day after dispatch. Delivery to regional and rural addresses takes longer. The order comes to you, the buyer, not to the recipients, so your team will still need to post each card. Set the final proof approval date by counting backwards from the day the cards should be in the post.

Frequently Asked Questions
Among the four example designs, Off The Charts is the only one that can be ordered either folded or flat. On Paperlust Matte at 100 cards, it is A$351 folded and A$300 flat. Sans Script, Under the Christmas Lights and Sharing Joy are flat cards.
Sans Script can be foiled in Holographic, Gold, Silver, Copper, Rose Gold or Pink. The colour is chosen on the product page. Flat foil production takes 7 to 10 working days after proof approval, so place the order with that window in mind.
Paper options depend on the design. Off The Charts can be printed on Paperlust Matte, Paperlust Metallic, Paperlust Luxe or Paperlust Wild Cotton. Sharing Joy offers Paperlust Matte, Paperlust Luxe, Paperlust Heavy, Paperlust Metallic and Paperlust Matte Double T. Under the Christmas Lights uses Paperlust Matte or Paperlust Linen. Sans Script is limited to Paperlust Heavy. Whichever paper you select changes the price, and the updated figure appears on that design's product page.
If a large run needs a physical check first, a sample pack is A$5 and shows the papers and print quality. A custom sample of the chosen design is A$15, available for Off The Charts, Sans Script and Sharing Joy but not Under the Christmas Lights. A swatch kit costs A$20. Regular post carries these samples, so allow 5 to 7 business days for them to arrive.
At checkout you can add expedited production for A$50. Off The Charts and Sharing Joy, both digitally printed, then take 1 to 2 working days after proof approval. Sans Script flat foil drops to 3 to 5 working days. The option is not offered on Under the Christmas Lights, and it only works with Premium White or Recycled envelopes. Delivery time comes on top.
Before you approve the proof, read the company name and every recipient name. The 100% Print Happiness Guarantee applies to business Christmas cards if a printing fault slips through. Paperlust will run a reprint first. If the reprint still falls short, the remedy moves to a credit or a refund. You have 30 days from dispatch to raise the issue. Text errors approved on the proof are outside the guarantee.
