Seating Chart Printing for Weddings
A wedding seating chart is a printed sign for the reception entrance. It lists each guest next to their table, so guests can find their name and walk to the right table. Couples with assigned tables order one.

Paperlust Polyboard is a 5mm board. It is lightweight and easy to carry, and it stays rigid enough to hold its shape. The white surface gives a smooth print area. You can choose digital printing, or you can add metallic vinyl foil lettering applied to the Polyboard.
Paperlust Acrylic is a 3mm cast polymer used in place of glass. It is printed directly onto the acrylic with UV ink, so the image sits on the acrylic face. Mirror acrylic uses the same 3mm acrylic with a mirrored finish. Each mirror design offers a choice of mirrored finishes.
Paperlust Fabric is a lightweight polyester panel that hangs. Eyelets are the preselected finishing choice, or you can choose a pocket or no finishing. The edge can be left as cut or overlocked. Size Options in Millimeters and Inches
The size depends on the design. The available choices are:
- A1 is 841mm x 594mm, 33.1 x 24 inches, portrait, made in Polyboard, vinyl foil, acrylic and mirror acrylic.
- A2 is 594mm x 420mm, 24 x 16.5 inches, portrait, made in Polyboard, vinyl foil and acrylic.
- The fabric panel is 2000mm x 650mm, 78.74 x 25.59 inches, made in Paperlust Fabric.
Every design is sold in a single size and a single material, and the design page lists both. Other sizes are not available.
Where to Print a Wedding Seating Chart

Names are set exactly as supplied. Spelling is not checked against anything else, so please check it again before handing over your list.
Designs, Layout and Matching Invitations
Each design tile shows the designer's name where one is credited. Wild Meadow is by Putri Nadhira, Wildest Dreams is by Shab M, Oliva is by Haley Johnston, and Rose Et Gris is by Jamie Lee. The grid shows rectangle and arch designs. The Wildest Dreams panel and the Wildest Dreams invitation belong to one set, and the invitation uses digital printing on Paperlust Matte, is 178mm x 127mm, or 7 x 5 inches, single sided, and costs $2.22 per card at 100 cards. It includes a premium white envelope, and you can browse the wedding invitations collection.
Names can be arranged in alphabetical order by last name, by table, or in mixed blocks with the table beside each name. A guest needs only their own name in the alphabetical layout. Production, Rush and Delivery
Production waits are measured in working days after final proof approval, and the table shows the wait for each material.
Rush applies to Polyboard charts in A1 and A2, with digital printing or vinyl foil. It shortens production to 1 to 2 working days. An added fee per order is chosen at checkout. It does not apply to acrylic or mirror acrylic, and the option only shows on qualifying charts. Transit time stays the same with rush.
If ordered with other pieces, everything dispatches together. The longest production time applies. The whole order leaves with that wait.
Delivery by DHL takes 2 to 4 business days after dispatch to a US address. Free shipping is included at $350 and over, while orders below $350 have flat $27.50 shipping. A single Wild Meadow chart at $162.60 on its own ships for $27.50. Paperlust prepays import duties and taxes, so the recipient has no payment due on arrival, and a physical address, not a P.O. box, is required. A proof arrives in 1 to 2 business days after ordering. You have no deadline to review it, and approving sooner shortens the total wait. Production then uses the wait shown for that material. The wait after production is separate. Rush can shorten Polyboard production for a tight date.
A board or acrylic panel needs an easel or other support that you arrange with the venue. The fabric panel hangs from its chosen finishing, such as eyelets or a pocket.
For a print fault, damage, or defect, claim within 30 days of dispatch. Photos are usually enough. A reprint of the same or similar item comes first, then account credit or refund. A name or wording choice you approve during proofing is outside the guarantee. Paperlust can still help resolve it and split the reprint cost.
