Print Methods and Production Time
Every order is printed in Melbourne. Digital printing, white ink, metallic and flat foil start at 10 cards; foil stamp starts at 50 cards. Production times below count working days after final proof approval.
- Digital printing gives a flat print and is a simple, quick and low-cost method. Production takes 2 to 4 working days. Blooming 50 uses this method.
- White ink prints white text and art on dark colored card in 2 to 4 working days. Fifty and Fab shows the effect.
- Metallic prints a soft-shine metallic gold pigment, with less sparkle than foil. Production takes 2 to 4 working days. Gardenia is one example.
- Flat foil applies gold, silver, copper or rose gold without a custom die and leaves no impression. Production takes 7 to 10 working days. Golden Bloom is an example.
- Foil stamp uses a custom die to press foil into the card using heat and pressure, and the card retains an impression. Production takes 20 to 23 working days. Fabulous is the example.

Delivery, Samples and the Guarantee
To a United States address, DHL delivers in 2 to 4 business days after dispatch. Orders of $350 and over ship free; under $350, shipping is a flat $27.50. Paperlust pays import duties and taxes ahead of time, so nothing extra is owed on delivery. Plan the date around three separate stages: proof, production and shipping.
A sample pack sent to a US address costs $4. It includes seven invitation samples plus one envelope, with foil samples and different paper stocks among the seven. The 100% Print Happiness Guarantee covers a printed order with a print fault by reprinting it.

Yes. Foil Paint has a photo space and is printed by flat foil. Pearls of Wisdom also accepts a photo and uses flat foil on Paperlust Heavy, starting at 30 cards. Milestone Surprise takes a photo as well and is digital printing on both sides. The other designs use their own artwork.
An added rush fee shortens production for digital printing and white ink to 1 to 2 business days. Flat foil can be rushed to 3 to 5 working days, though Vellum paper is excluded. Foil stamp orders such as Fabulous cannot be rushed. Shipping time comes after production.
The five designs in the price table come with premium white envelopes. Envelope liners or another envelope color cost extra, and you choose return address printing in the envelope stage. The product page lists what each option costs.
After a print fault, the first step is a reprint, either the same card or a similar paper or print type of equal worth. If a reprint does not correct the fault, the next step is account credit or a refund. You have 30 days after dispatch to ask for the remedy. Wording mistakes in an approved proof are not covered, so check every name, date and venue before approving.
