ORDER PROCESS

1. After you place your order, provide your wording via email to support@paperlust.co, and write your invoice number on the email subject. Word doc is preferable.

3. Once we receive your details, we will create a design proof within 1-2 working days. You will receive an email once it's ready to review.

3. If everything is good to go, approve the design by replying to our email. If any changes are still required, let our support team know and we will update the design for you.

4. Once approved, your order will be in production for 3-5 working days (digital print) or 7-10 working days (diecut shapes or flat foil).

5. You will receive a tracking code once dispatched.
