Hi Lisa!
If you’ve already sent your invitations, you can send a separate RSVP card (or even an RSVP message digitally). Be sure to include:
– Your RSVP deadline
– How guests can respond (website, QR code, email, phone, or mail-back card)
– Guest names (if applicable)
– Meal preferences or dietary requirements (if needed)
– Any other details you’d like to collect, such as song requests or attendance at additional events
Our blog covers everything you need to include, along with examples to help you create your RSVP cards. Hopefully it gives you some inspiration!
