Vellum Die-Cut cards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Choosing the right event stationery can be overwhelming with so many styles, print types and colour stocks on our website, (we know! It\u2019s starting to get confusing for us too!) But it\u2019s also one of the most exciting parts of organising that special day you\u2019ve been dreaming of so we\u2019re here to give you a bit of insight and inspiration on the latest trends for this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re loving the above image of our die-cut vellum paper (the half-arch transparent one) you\u2019re on the right path to finding the most on-trend save the date. The \u2018Framed\u2019 design has been popular since it went live just 2 months ago! A\u00a0 lot of people have been asking us if it comes in different colours and we\u2019re working hard to add more print and paper types but for now this minimalist style half-arch vellum card has been one of our most wanted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n

Foil on Die-cut cards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Another one of our premium print types are foil on die cut cards, adding that extra bit of foil makes the invitations so elegant and personalised, you can go all foil, this looks fantastic on black stock, or a more subtle look with just the names in foil like our Garden Estate design on the right. We think both print options look great on our die-cut cards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next we wanted to touch on colour trends, (my personal favourite) because it\u2019s such an important element to consider when planning the style of the event. We\u2019re seeing more earthy terracotta or \u201cpotters clay\u201d colours that are still very on trend especially in the interior design world but this also works beautifully for print stationery like our \u2018Shape of Love\u2019 and \u2018 Harvest\u2019 die-cut invitations above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another one of my personal favourites would be the Duck egg blue or Aegean teal, this colour is so elegant if used with the right design and fonts for invitations. It also goes well with a lot of greenery such as blue gum leaves, blue hydrangeas and so many other native australians flowers. Don\u2019t be afraid to mix and match your cards in colour and shape, this year is all about mixing solid colour cards. Pair the Aegean teals with Almond or smokey whites, or go for the layered earthy colours with hints of burnt orange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n

Dark Botanica and wedding invitation fonts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Lastly the dark floral designs that really make your invitations stand out such as the Tulips, Myrtle Gentry and the Gardenia design that have such a rich and elegant look to them. This trend is very popular on social media by a lot of florists we\u2019ve seen recently and we hope to see more of this style customised and printed. Want to be even more unique? Go for a square double sided card where you can fit all the wording you need and still have space for bold design elements and fonts.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
