We recently used a QR code-based guest seat finder at a friend’s wedding and it made check-in so much smoother; guests loved scanning to find their table instead of hunting through a printed chart. The hybrid approach you recommend (QR sign plus a printed backup) is exactly what worked best for us — the tech-savvy guests went digital and older relatives used the printed list.
